The private beach area was idyllic and perfectly maintained.
The lack of security led to several thefts in the parking area, which was alarming.

great access to beach and attractions while feeling serene
I loved waking up to breakfast delivered right to my patio while enjoying the ocean views from my spacious room, and the beach provided a perfect private getaway for relaxation. It's also just a few steps to local restaurants and activities, making it super easy to explore the vibrant Tulum area.

Friendly and helpful staff.
I can't believe how miserable my stay was. The room was dingy, dusty, and the lighting was terrible, making it feel unsafe. The flimsy door made me drag a table in front of it at night, and I had to use a towel under the door to keep out massive bugs. I felt uneasy the entire time and constantly struggled to get towels from the front desk. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

It was just a well-suited match for getting around the area in Tulum with high value for money. The beach was beautiful, with staff cleaning up the seaweed each morning, allowing us to relax in the sun without any hassle. Bring cash in pesos. it made transactions a lot easier.

cozy beach stay but needs better pool seating
We enjoyed a cozy king room with partial sea view and appreciated the calmness of the beach. The homemade pasta at the restaurant was exceptional, making our breakfasts something to look forward to. The quaint atmosphere deeply resonates with families, especially the garden view that enhances the overall tranquility of the experience.
Better seating options around the pool area would improve relaxation.

The beach access was fantastic! We lounged under the sun, and taking a quick dip in the ocean was refreshing. The staff made our stay enjoyable and the food at the restaurant was a delightful treat. We loved having breakfast with a view.
In my wife’s opinion, the pool area could use more shaded spots for kids. It would keep them cool while they play. A bit of added shade would be great for families.
